River · a walk along the beach
Palomino’s other river meets the sea at the eastern end of the beach, about 3 km from the hostel.
Palomino sits between three rivers that come down from the Sierra: the Palomino, the San Salvador and the Don Diego. The San Salvador river mouth is to the east, at the far end of the beach, about 3 km from the hostel.
The simplest way to see it is to walk east along the shore, away from the bustle of the centre.
