Before confirming, ask about

  • Breakfast

    The Booking.com rates we checked included a continental breakfast, but Hostelworld shows contradictory information. It depends on the channel and rate: please confirm when you book.

  • Payment

    It depends on the channel: Hostelworld states cash on arrival, while Booking.com also shows cards. Palomino has very few ATMs, so bring cash.

  • Cancellation

    Terms depend on where and at which rate you book. If you book via WhatsApp, ask for the terms before confirming.

  • Children

    Families are welcome in the private rooms. Platforms differ on the minimum age (3 or 4) and cots or extra beds are not offered: ask us before booking.

  • Towels

    Platform information does not match (included or for hire): ask us when you book.
